We are passionate about improving access to science, research and academia among under-represented groups at all levels of education (k-12, community college and college).
For science to truly contribute towards solving the various societal challenges we face today, it is essential that science is communicated in a manner that non-scientist public citizens can understand. The impact of such outreach will be two-fold:
Encourage and inspire k-12 students to pursue science as a career.
Improve public perception and trust in science based results.
